Hair loss in men has been a growing concern for many ages. Some blame
it on the ancestors and say they cannot help losing hair since it’s
hereditary. While other blame the polluted environment which is
resulting in contaminated water and food thus causing hair to fall.
Whatever might be the reason, we still find many amongst us who are able
to maintain their hair by taking care of properly.

men. Hair loss begins when the hair follicles become small to such an
extent that finally they close. Once the hair follicle is completely
closed, no hair grows from it. Studies have shown that this could happen
due to change in the male sex hormone namely testosterone.
 Various
studies have shown that hair loss from a particular area of the head can
indicate a person’s cardiac health. For instance, a study showed that
those men who lost hair from frontal part of their head have 11% risk of
heart disease. Similarly, those who lost hair from the center have 23%
risk of heart disease. Although, these are not established facts, yet
ongoing researches are bringing out unbelievable results.
Proper hair care is essential for men. Most of the times Hair loss in
men takes place because of the improper care of the hair. Here are few
essential tips to take care of the hair which will prevent it from
falling. Firstly, take healthy diet which will improve the health
of your hair. Eat protein rich food like meat, fish etc. Vitamins B6 and
B12 prevent hair loss therefore try to incorporate it in your diet.
Secondly, regularly massage the scalp with good hair oil. This
improves the blood flow to the hair follicles thus keeping them healthy
and in working condition. Also ensure you exfoliate your scalp
regularly, maybe once every week. This will remove dead skin and dirt
from the scalp thus cleaning the hair.

Thirdly, do not change your shampoo or soap regularly. Try to get the
best shampoo for your hair and stick to it. Studies have shown that hair
loss happens due to frequent change of shampoo or soap.
Fourthly, try to take head bath every other day. Washing your hair daily
will remove the essential natural oils from it. It’s more than enough to
wash your hair every other day. However, if you want to wash your hair
daily, then make use of a conditioner to replace the essential oils.
Fifthly, properly trim and remove any dead hair regularly. Try to
visit a hair saloon once a month to have this done. Although there is no
harm in maintaining long hair, it’s preferable to cut short your hair
when you see any signs of hair loss. Hair loss increases when you have
longer hair than in short hair.
Hair forms the part of your overall look. Prevent its loss by
